Improving Fan System Performance, 4 PDH
(Improving Fan System Performance )
COURSE HIGHLIGHTS
Fan systems are used for a wide variety of industrial applications. This course presents an introduction to fans and fan systems; fan problems and maintenance procedures; and procedures for improving fan efficiency.
This course is intended primarily for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and industrial engineers. An attendee of this course will gain knowledge about industrial fan systems and procedures for improving their performance.
In this course, you need to review the material in the document, "Improving Fan System Performance: a sourcebook for industry," prepared by the Air Movement and Control Association, International for the U.S. Department of Energy, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
Upon completing your review of the course material, you need to take a multiple choice quiz consisting of twenty (20) questions to earn 4 PDH credits. The quiz will be based on the entire document. 80% correct is required for a quiz passing grade.
